2. Can I place an order over the phone?
While we encourage customers to place orders online for a faster experience, we understand technical difficulties may arise.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

4. Can I return an opened product?
No. As Ayurganic offers personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
Returns are only accepted for sealed and unopened items.
All our products are secured with a shrink wrap seal. If this seal is broken, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed before the product has been dispatched or picked up by the courier.

If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery. Refunds will be initiated after deducting actual shipping charges incurred.
6. How long does it take to process a refund?
For eligible returns, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after the returned item passes the quality check (QC) at our office.
7. What if I receive a damaged or tampered package?
No need to worry!
If you receive a damaged or open package, we will investigate and process the refund after completing a quality check once the product is returned to us.
