Returns & Refund Policy
At Ayurganic, we prioritize the safe delivery of our products through secure packaging. To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or used. All items are sealed with shrink sleeves to ensure authenticity and hygiene.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Unopened Condition Only: Returns and refunds are applicable only for products that are returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as dispatched. If the shrink wrap seal is found broken during our quality check, the refund request will be rejected.
Quality Check Process: Once the returned item is received at the Ayurganic office, our internal team will inspect the packaging and product. Refunds will be processed only if the product passes this quality check.
Damaged Packaging on Delivery: Do not accept or sign for any package that appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery. Return it immediately to the delivery partner without accepting it.
Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at +91 7977199841.
Timeline to return Product: The product must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must reach the Ayurganic Quality Control Office within this 10-day period and pass the quality check.
Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 48 hours after the product has been received and approved by our quality team.
No Refunds for COD Orders: Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders. We do not offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers are required to record a clear, uninterrupted video while unboxing the product—starting from showing the sealed package to the full opening. This video is mandatory for any return or exchange requests involving wrong or damaged items. Claims without this video will be rejected.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via online bank transfer to the original payment method used.
Refundable Amounts: Refunds will only be processed for the actual amount paid by the customer through accepted modes of payment. Any discounts, coupon codes, referral benefits, or promotional credits are non-refundable.
Non-Damaged Product Refund: Refunds, excluding those for damaged items, will be processed after deducting logistics, courier delivery, and pickup charges. Refunds for damaged products will only be issued upon submission of the required documentation as outlined in Point 8 of Ayurganic's Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation through the following methods:
1. Via 'My Orders' section on the website:
Log in to your account
Navigate to ‘Orders’
Select the order you wish to cancel
Click on ‘Order Details’ > ‘Cancel Item’
Choose the item(s) to be cancelled, provide a reason, and confirm the cancellation
Once submitted, the selected item(s) will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated accordingly.
